After working for both big and small companies and committing myself completely to the goals and objectives of others, Patrick Moles knew that there had to be a better way.
There had to be a way to build a company on value and principle; one where the consultants really listened to and partnered with their clients on the journey to success.

ISG was launched in 1998 when the technology industry was ramping up to handle the Y2K problem and the financial industry along with the internet was just starting to grow quickly.
